BlackStoneKeeping Company is a full-cycle management company having long-term management experience in Moscow and Russian regions in accordance with the international standards. The Company was established in 2008, and the current portfolio of the Company contains more than 400 thousand sq. m of retail and office areas. Among the Company’s projects, there are landmark market projects, which have won CRE Federal Awards prize.

The Company’s field of expertise is complex management of real estate assets including: technical operation of buildings, consulting in the commercial real estate management area, trust management of shopping and office centers; yield increase of real estate assets; project concept development; yield increase of the real estate asset; work with the tenants, etc. One of the top-priority lines of the Company’s activity is proactive operation of real estate assets: operation aimed at shifting, anticipation of the expectations of the internal customer – consumer of the operation services.
